This is the first time I’m opening up the floor completely on this weekly update.
This week I want to go back to the roots of what Aeva AI receptionist was built on.
It was built on us working for practitioners, listening to what you want and need in your practice, then building it.
So I want to bring back the question that has helped to create what Aeva is today.

My personal favourite - Outbound Calling
This is something I am really excited by and something that we actually have a lot of past experience in.
If you aren’t already familiar, our AI calling journey actually started over 2 years ago now. Before just focusing on helping medical practices in 2025, in 23/24 we started with creating AI calling agents for a wide range of industries and custom projects.
We helped real estate agents find sellers, finance brokers qualify leads, large sports teams sell tickets to their games and massive conferences re-engage past attendees.
Outbound calling is originally where our AI call knowledge and experience came from and we cant wait to bring this to practitioners too.
I have already added this as my vote in the next upcoming features on our new feature voting page. But I want to hear in the comments of my feature suggestion, what type of outbound calls should there be? think big.
The floor is open
Whether you currently have Aeva AI answering your calls, saving you time and booking you appointments. Or if you have not yet started using Aeva because you are waiting for X feature before you can use it, this is your chance to jump in and share what you want so we can prioritise it.
Don’t worry about the feature being extremely niche and not a ‘big idea’, it could be a tiny change/addition to a current feature. We want to hear about everything, no matter how big or small.
