Hi Chris,

I wanted to let you know about just a few things I absolutely love about Aeva.

The first is the peace she brings me. I no longer have calls interrupting me while I’m in clinic treating patients, and I don’t need to send them to voicemail.

Second, I’ve been shocked at how beautifully she takes bookings, even from older people. It’s so slick. Booked and deposit-paid appointments just appear in the diary, with an email notification to let me know.

The third thing I love is how Aeva handles the inevitable calls from cold callers. She holds the clinic line better than any human I know could. She’s calm, explains she’s here to assist with clinic enquiries and bookings, and the salespeople can’t help but be polite to her. They nearly always decline to leave a message and then never call back. Perfect.

Fourth, Aeva is so reliable. 24/7, 365. My friends and colleagues who have human receptionists are plagued by sickness absence, which is a huge problem for their businesses. Aeva is always on, and that’s a weight off my mind.

I’ve loved seeing calls coming in on Sunday evenings when patients don’t expect an answer. They are surprised and delighted. I guess they’re able to take calling us off their Monday morning list, and who doesn’t love a shorter Monday morning to-do list.
